Target has consistently looked to TB Allen to lead and troubleshoot store-wide pilot initiatives including JBP (Joint Business Planning), EDI, POL enhancement, CLR (Competitive Line Review), TLO (Truck Load Optimization) and CPFR
T.B. Allen offers complete sales support including (but not limited to) billing questions, delivery issues, POG clarification, OOS (Out of Stock) issues and chargeback reversal support. We offer resolution-based management for our vendors and lead ongoing tactical discussions throughout the respective Buying and MP offices.
We meticulously examine sales performance both every day and promotional and recommend key opportunities based on historical data as well as upcoming department initiatives. Sales performance data is monitored by macro overview, chain view by item, as well as regional sales performance when applicable. Constant communication with buying teams and support staff ensures promotions are accurately set up within the POL system and each activity meets the goals of both our vendor and Target.
The T.B. Allen Team works with the Target MPD Group to create and implement store merchandise planograms that optimize item placement for improved space productivity. We partner with the Buying Team to assist in assortment strategy, pricing and promotions. We support planogram generation for new stores/renovations and ensure that merchandising standards are maintained for visual presentation as well as Buyer financial objectives.
